Golden Rolls pneumatic slide gates can be used on the bottom of screw conveyors and drag chain conveyors as intermediate discharges. They are used in a wide variety of applications e.g below hoppers as cut off valves, or even as emergency shut off gates to stop material flow.Golden Rolls pneumatic slide gates use an air cylinder to initiate the slide plate open and close function. Approximately 80 - 90 psi is required to power these gates. The slide plate is guided by bronze-bushed rollers on the bottom and the adjustable rollers require no grease and are designed to provide years of maintenance free service.
Compact Design
Golden Rolls pneumatic slide gate’s compact design allows it to fit in most of the spaces because gate thickness is only 5 inches and length and width are optimized using the latest design technology to give an exact custom fit. Customization allows for the precise fitment of solenoids, filter/regulators, and position switches.
