Belt conveyors are available in various sizes viz. from 150mm to 1200 mm width and lengths can be of no limitations. The most used standard widths are 300mm / 450mm / 600mm / 750mm & 1000 mm.
Golden Rolls uses only branded product specific belts made from versatile material like PVC, Nylon or specific grades like water or oil resistant etc. which gives years of trouble free service life.

Trough formation in conveyor systems is specifically for products which are bound to spill over while transporting like loose material, rice, grains, coal, pulses, seeds etc. or slippery material and parts.
The three or two roller conveyor formation base allows the belt to take a “U – shape” confining the material to the centre of the belt and stop spillage. These conveyors have no limit to the length or capacity and are designed for rough materials and tough use.
We use only product specific grade belts like food grade, oil grade or Heat resistant grades etc. for our conveyor systems.
